Participants walk away with concrete strategies to help them adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people. 

Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ (Assessment + 4-hour training) 

  • Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. By combining the personalized insights of DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them meet the demands of any situation.

Rather than focus on a step-by-step process for conflict resolution, it offers personalized techniques to curb destructive behaviors so that conflict can become more productive, ultimately improving workplace relationships and results.

Five Behaviors® Cohesive Team (Assessment + either 1 day or 3 days of training) 

  • Ideal for an established team of 5-12 Individual’s  
  • Helps participants better understand themselves, the personalities on their team, and how they can effectively work together 
  • Help Intact Teams Effectively Work Together Improve Team Productivity Addresses Team Dysfunction 
  • Offered as a 1-day (or 2-half days) Training, 3-full days Training or combination of the two.
