Virtual Support Group
GRAZE has a NEW service – a Virtual Support Group!
Thanks to all of the wonderful feedback we received from the Beta Test of this service, we are planning to continue to offer it! FREE!
Each meeting will take place on the second Thursday of every month from 7:30 pm to 9 pm EST. If you have registered for our Beta Test and completed our Post-Beta Test Survey your information is still considered active unless you have requested to no longer receive notifications. If you have not yet registered, you will need to do so following the link below.
These meetings are come as you can and are not organized support, this is about creating community and helping connect us at times when we feel alone in our difficult industry. These groups are not therapy, psychotherapy, or counseling sessions nor do they replace these services. We encourage everyone who is interested to register and join us to see if this experience is for them. If not, contact us and we can discuss some of the other opportunities that GRAZE has to offer.
We are grateful for our community and the opportunity to bring this free service to anyone who may identify the need to talk things out amongst peers. Hope to see you there.
Trained Peer-led Support Services
Peer-led support is either one-on-one or group support that uses the unique experience of a trained peer to support team members experiencing a similar situation. Trained peer-led supporters actively listen to team member’s challenges and concerns while sharing knowledge, guidance and expertise in tools and strategies for processing and coping situations. Peer-led support sessions can be achieved through in-person, over the phone or video chat. Peer-led support can be beneficial to industry professionals experiencing impacts of cumulative stress, compassion fatigue, grief, or critical incident.
Coaching is a one-on-one, co-creative partnership between coach and coachee that uses the power of questions and active listening to help the coachee achieve personal and professional goals or outcomes. Coaching is future focused. Coaching bridges the gap between a coachee’s current situations and where they want to be in the future. Coaching believes that each individual is a fully capable person and supports them at any level to build awareness, empower solutions, and lead them to the change they want to see in their personal and professional life. Professional Coaching can be achieved over the phone or through video chat.
